Greening KCMO

Kansas City, Missouri (KCMO) has made a commitment to be “America’s Greenest City in America’s Greenest Region.” BNIM was hired by the city to lead the ongoing efforts to achieve this goal. Building upon City Council directives and work completed to date, the team is working with City leadership to create synergy, with the goal of increasing collaboration among departments to develop and realize sustainable goals.

BNIM is collaborating with the City’s Green Solutions Steering Committee, a cross-disciplinary committee, to facilitate discussion and create an approach/strategy for the governance and support of sustainable solutions and initiatives city-wide.
