One Kansas City Place

One Kansas City Place occupies a site as prominent as its name would suggest. With 42 stories and 1.3 million square feet of space, One Kansas City Place comprises a striking, but respectful presence at the block bounded by Main, Baltimore, 12th and 13th Streets in downtown Kansas City. The contemporary exterior of the building utilizes a tinted glass skin accented by vertical granite strips and clear glazed corners to accentuate the building’s setbacks.

BNIM’s design for the office building pays homage to the city’s tall-building heritage while offering its own interpretation of that tradition.
