Habitat for Humanity Office Renovation

BNIM has worked with a diverse range of clients and projects, from non-profits to private developers. We understand that project budgets and funding sources can vary widely, including governmental incentives, public funding, and philanthropy. BNIM assists our clients in navigating and securing various incentives, tax credits, grants, and other funding sources to make their projects a reality. Our team is adept at integrating design, budgeting, and project creation to support obtaining these incentives and ensuring compliance throughout the design and construction process. BNIM has experience with projects involving Historic Tax Credits, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, tax abatement, Tax Increment Finance districts, Community Improvement Districts, New Market Tax Credits, Community Development Block Grants, philanthropy, and other funding and incentives.

Reconciliation Services - Master Plan and Renovation

BNIM's design for the building’s renovation, a transformative project that will support RS in its work creating living-wage jobs, increasing social and mental health services, and increasing equitable access to programming that connects neighbors and strengthens community engagement.
