Steve McDowell presents at KU Health & Wellness Symposium

Steve McDowell, FAIA, presents at the 4th annual KU Sustainable Health & Wellness Symposium: Sustainable Health and Wellness Design on March 5, 2020. As described by the School of Architecture and Design, the focus of the Symposium is on “the issues affecting the ways that architects and designers can incorporate sustainable design principles in environments that enhance human health and well-being.” Steve joined Rick Maniktala of BranchPattern and Willa Kuh of Affiliated Engineers, Inc. at the School of Architecture and Design to discuss the future of sustainability in health care facilities.
