ISU Gerdin receives a Masters Construction Award

Story Construction Co. received the Masters Construction award for the exceptional construction of the ISU Gerdin Business Building Expansion. Every year awards are given out during the MBI Winter Conference in celebration of the Iowa commercial construction industry. These awards recognize companies, teams and individuals who deliver outstanding results within the industry through collaboration and innovation. The Masters Award recognizes the outstanding efforts of a construction team in executing the completion of a project, and should reflect good management skills, imagination, perseverance under challenging conditions and/or innovative construction techniques.

This project was a 45,000 square foot addition to the existing Gerdin Business Building on Iowa State University’s campus. This student-focused expansion created flexible, organized spaces for collaboration and learning. More information on this project can be found here.
