Dr. E.J. and Margaret O’Brien Hall Recognized for Project Excellence and Receives Dual Honors

Marquette University’s new Dr. E. J. and Margaret O’Brien Hall garnered significant recognition with two local awards: the 2023 Milwaukee Business Journal Real Estate Award and the 2023 Daily Reporter Top Project Award. The Milwaukee Business Journal Real Estate Awards, renowned for their focus on exceptional real estate deals and projects completed in 2022, presented the honor to O’Brien Hall at the 2023 Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, May 17. Judges considered numerous factors, placing a strong emphasis on community impact and project success. The inclusion criteria extended to projects located in Milwaukee, Kenosha, Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth, Washington, and Waukesha counties. The 2023 Daily Reporter Top Project Award highlights the project’s execution, exemplary design, and its profound impact on the Marquette University campus and the broader community.
