Craig Scranton Facilitates ULI REDI Virtual Session

BNIM Principal Craig Scranton, AIA LEED AP BD+C, helped facilitate a 2021 ULI Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI) class that was held March 8th, 2021. This 15 week course, held from January 18 to May 23, was designed for women and minorities and participants worked in teams to apply their learning throughout the program in a final presentation based on the Chouteau Court TAP.

Craig was part of Session 7: Zoning, Site Planning and Design, where class participants learned about processes involving zoning, entitlements, permitting, etc, learned how to sketch fit or layout options, and how to begin creating a site plan that includes building mass, site improvements, and exterior use of spaces
