2024 was BNIM’s first year as an employee-owned design company, bringing new project milestones and grand opening celebrations, opportunities to share thought leadership, and meaningful collaborations with our clients, communities, and industry partners.

We continue to lead the way forward as we celebrate 55 years as a design practice in the new year! We are excited to share with you our ongoing initiatives for building a better practice.
