- Size 985,000 SF
- Services Architecture
- Project Type Campus Planning
The Eden Hall Campus (EHC) will be home to the School of Sustainability and the Environment. BNIM and Andropogon worked to align the vision of stakeholders to plan a restorative campus that will enhance the regional environment. The farmland and woodlands will be utilized to support the University’s academic and educational outreach programs, and will also be available for public education and research. A deep ecological study of the land and its carrying capacity guided the planning and design process in determining the most appropriate solutions for EHC’s waste water treatment, energy generation, and production of a healthy food supply for Chatham.
